How to Use Filtering in DistroPRO
Summary
The
DistroPRO platform includes advanced filtering tools to help you quickly locate
jobs, assets, or locations based on specific criteria. This guide explains how
to apply filters and refine search results using attribute-based conditions.
Where You Can Filter
Filtering is available
in the following three areas:

Jobs Page
·
Assets Database
·
Locations Database
Each
of these areas contains an "Add Filter" button that allows users to
layer filters using available
attributes

Steps
1.
Access the Filter Tool
Navigate to the section
you'd like to filter (Jobs, Assets, or Locations).
Click on the "Add
Filter" button.
2.
Select an Attribute
A dropdown will appear
showing all available attributes.
Select the desired
attribute to filter on. (e.g., Color, Dimensions, State, Sign Type).
3.
Choose Filter Values
Once you select an
attribute, choose the values from the list you want to filter by.
Click "Add
Filter" to apply.
4.
Refine with Additional Filters
Repeat the process to
add more layers (e.g., filter by both Color and Dimensions).
Each new filter will
further narrow the results.
5.
Review Results
Your total number of
matches will update and be displayed in the top-right corner.
Filters will appear as
gray pills on the left side of the screen.
6.
Remove Filters
Click the X next to any
gray pill to remove that filter and refresh the results.
