Asset Database
The Asset Database is
divided into three tabs:
1. All
Displays
every asset or graphic ever created.
Includes
items from jobs in any status: Prepping, Live, Ended, or Sunset.
Ideal
for historical reference.
2. Live Jobs
Shows
only assets from currently active jobs.
A
job is considered active if it is between its start date and end date.
Use
this view to track assets relevant to ongoing campaigns.
3. Library
Contains active signage
from past jobs.
Useful for graphics
with long lifespans, such as standard store fixtures or reusable promotional
signs.
Even
though the original job has ended, these assets are still available for store
ordering.
